科思创（德国勒沃库森）已胜利实现将其欧洲聚碳酸酯（PC）板材营业出卖给总部位于慕尼黑的塞拉芬团体，从2020年1月2日起见效。新建立的实体将以Exolon团体的称号经营，在比利时以及意大利设有消费基地。该公司在通告中暗示，塞拉芬将持续在一切所在与250名员工一同经营，科思创在可预感的将来将持续担当次要原质料供给商。

　　在此之前塑胶板材，，科思创曾经实现了在北美以及印度的买卖，并将中国广州的工场改变为特种薄膜的消费基地，因而科思创完整剥离了其PC板材营业。买卖的财政细节没有表露。
